How long before I get my order?

TheMotorcyclePartsOutlet.com makes every effort to get your order to you as fast as possible. Most orders will ship from our warehouse inside of 3 business days.

What shipping methods do you offer?

TheMotorcyclePartsOutlet.com offers flat rate ground shipping via UPS for $7.00. Time-in-transit for this shipping method is 3-5 days, depending on your location. Unusually large or heavy orders may cost more to ship and we will contact you regarding collection of extra shipping fees.

Can I get an order shipped to a PO Box?

UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. However, if this is the only receiving option available to you, please let us know in the Special Instructions box on the order form and we will make arrangements to ship to your PO Box. Please bear in mind that some post offices will not allow delivery of large parcels to a PO Box and will return such packages to the sender. This will result in a delay of several weeks, so please check with your local postmaster for the policy in your area.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Provided that your order has not already entered the shipping process, orders may be cancelled within 2 days of placement. Please send an email to orders@TheMotorcyclePartsOutlet.com requesting cancellation. Please do not forget to include the invoice number of your order, which is located in the confirmation email.
