Using the website

Our shopping cart system is very straightforward and functions just like any other cart system on the internet.

Most, if not all transactions begin with a search for the parts you need. For more on that, see below. Once the right parts are located, it is a simple matter of adding them to your shopping cart and completing the checkout process.

Creating an account

At any time, you may create an account on TheMotorcyclePartsOutlet.com website to store your default billing and shipping addresses, as well as allowing you to keep track of current and past orders. Creating an account is entirely optional, however if you choose not to create an account, you will have to manually enter your billing and shipping information for every order, and you will not be able to track past and current orders.

Locating the right parts

Honda Parts

For Honda bikes, you can use the Year and Model selectors to build up a list of our available parts. You can also search for a specific part number should you know exactly what you're looking for.

The search function supports partial numbers as well as the Honda Code that is also stamped on most parts. You can enter the number with or without the dashes.

You may also enter the model identifier (bike code) portion of the part number (eg. xxxxx-KA5-xxxx) into the search box to generate a list of all available parts for that model. If the bike code is alphanumeric (KA5, etc.) you should get good results searching for that by itself. If the code is only numberic (053, etc.) and you are getting a lot of improper matches, try entering the code in the format -xxx- which should cut down on the results returned.

Kawasaki Parts

For Kawasaki parts, the search is a little more problematic. The search box will only accept the Kawasaki part number. If you do not know the part number, our suggestion is to use the Kawasaki website to find your particular model year and model of bike. After that selection you can select sub-assemblies, etc. which will result in a list of Kawasaki part numbers which can be entered on our site.

For you convenience, we have link directly to the Kawasaki Parts Department website below the search box. Clicking it will open up their website in a new window to easily transer the part numbers from one site to another.
